03 / GIVE TOGETHER
Help our impact grow.
Your membership funds one day of clean-water access for one person. Each commission we receive from purchases through our offers funds another day through B1G1. Together, we help our grandparents community’s impact grow.
OUR SHARED WHY
We care about the world the next generation inherits.
You don’t need to live next door to feel connected. Our club brings grandparents together around everyday discoveries and something bigger: clean-water access for people who need it.
We fund one day of clean-water access for one person from your $27 lifetime membership payment.
When our community shops
Each affiliate commission we actually receive from purchases through our daily offers funds one additional day.
Where the giving goes
B1G1’s global project combines multiple clean-water projects. Contributions are distributed across those projects to support water-scarce communities around the world.
What we count
A water day means one day of access for one person, as defined by B1G1. We count completed contributions, and report them after giving has been made.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Good questions. Clear answers.
Are all the offers just for grandparents?
Our community is for grandparents. The offers have broad appeal, with a mix of everyday products, hobbies, and learning opportunities. You choose what interests you.
How does a purchase help fund water?
Each commission we actually receive from a qualifying purchase through our links funds one day of clean-water access for one person through B1G1. Your paid lifetime membership also funds one day. A click alone does not generate a donation. Completed giving will be reported using B1G1 project 1382’s unit: one day of clean-water access for one person.
Is my $27 membership payment a donation?
Your $27 purchases lifetime membership in Grandparents Giving Water, and we fund one day of clean-water access for one person from that payment. We also fund one day each time we receive an affiliate commission from purchases through our offers. The club is operated by Pear; members do not purchase B1G1 membership.
What does lifetime membership mean?
One payment covers membership for as long as Grandparents Giving Water operates, with no recurring membership fee. Products purchased through daily offers are priced separately. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
How much clean-water access have we funded?
We’ll publish verified community totals after contributions have been made to B1G1 project 1382. Pending commissions are not counted as completed giving.
